Hi Chris , Last year I was paying 42lev for 200 L+M red. I think L+B were about 48lev. As Bulgaria is in E.U. you can bring back (duty paid and correct stickers) the same amount as any other E.U. country. But here comes the confusing bit ..... For personal use the limit is 32000 BUT... the E.U. GUIDELINE (note this is a GUIDELINE not a limit) is now 800.
